A formal collaboration between funding agencies has been established to promote research in TBI: International Initiative on Traumatic Brian Injuries Research (InTBIR). In this context the European Commission issues on a regular basis TBI related calls in the context of their funding programs: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/home. EBIC can act as advisory board for TBI related studies.
